About the Owner
Jazzlon LaShun started her pole dance study in 2016 at Pole Fit in Midland,TX. After just 1 class she fell in love with pole dance. While struggling with anxiety and depression she found peace in pole dance. Not only was pole dance good for the physical body, it help with the mind and soul as well. She soon become a pole dance instructor the summer of 2017 at Vertices Fitness. She competed in Texas Pole Fitness Company in Dallas, TX were she placed 2nd place in the level 2 dramatic pole. In 2018 she became a Sass Class Instructor at Vertices Fitness. She competed in Pole Sport Organization were she placed 8th place in the competition. As discouraging as placing last place was, it did not stop her from dreaming of owning a pole dance studio. With 3 years of pole study, 2 competitions and 1 pole dance certification from Pole and Aerial Arts. Jazzlon is ready to keep pole dance fitness alive in Midland/Odessa Area.

Our Pole Dance Studio offers a large variety of dance classes for all skill levels. Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping each dancer achieve their highest potential, while also having as much fun as possible. Have a look at our class schedule below to find the one that best fits your needs.
Pole Flexibility and Dynamic Stretching
In Pole Flexibility and Dynamic Stretching class our main focus will be to concentrate on body extensions and to also preventing injury by becoming more physically flexible. Dynamic Stretching allows the body to become more comfortable with movement, creating the body to be more fluid for pole flows, transitions and pole tricks...
Beginners Pole Dance Fitness
Beginners level 1 offers beginner lessons in pole spins, poses and climbs, some floorwork too... We begin every class with a 15 minute warmup. All pole beginners must take intro to pole. All levels are welcome to take this class.
Intermediate Pole Dance Fitness
Intermediate class teaches pole spins, climbs, pole transitions, basic inverts and pole flows. This class was designed for pole dancers who know the basics. Your instructor will encourage you to begin pole routines of your own.
Advanced Pole Dance Fitness
In this advance class we learn one handed pole tricks, pole spins, handstands, inverts, shoulder mounts, drops, contortion etc. Polers must be able to balance their own body weight to avoid injury.
Pole Conditioning Training
In pole conditioning training we focus of increasing pole strength. Pole students will learn conditioning exercises that increase their abilities to expand to their desired pole level. No routines will be learned in conditioning classes.
Pole Dancing Hours
All pole students who are beginners may not attend Open Pole unless speaking with the Instructor first. Safety First! All intermediate and advanced levels may attend beginner classes. All levels are welcome to Flexibility, Conditioning, and Diva classes
